Water flow all year round even winter due to falls. Never had a flood. Wood fireplace and whirlpool bath in the room. Small trailer on the ground with 2nd entrance (guest house). Very low taxes. Achetée sans garantie légale il y a 5 ans et revendue de la même façon. Parfait comme résidence principale ; la dame avant nous y a demeurée 27 ans ou secondaire car très peu d'entretien extérieur. Dalles de ciment prête pour accueillir votre spa avec entrée électrique et braker GFI. Acheteurs sérieux; curieux s'abstenir, aucune visite sans rendez-vous.
