Nice bungalow located in the heart of Chambly in a quiet residential district and on a dead-end street. Easy access to highway 10 and road 112, approximately 20 minutes from the bridges and 5 minutes from the Chambly park-and-ride area.
The house is a Laprise construction and certified Novoclimat. The exterior is covered with bricks on all four faces, unique in the neighborhood.
