Condo on the ground floor, with two bedrooms, a large walk-in closet and lots of storage, located in a very sought after area of Chambly, 6 minutes walk from the bus terminal to Montreal as well as (3 minutes further) IGA, Canadian Tire, Jean-Coutu and more.

The kitchen is open and spacious with easy access from both sides.  It is separated from the main living area by a long island with quartz counter. The living room has a gas fireplace with TV area above. Very bright space: sunrise on the living room side, sunset on the patio side and bedrooms. Both parking spaces are 20 paces away.
