Owners’ comments
Magnificent country style open-air home, with a cathedral ceiling, 3 bedrooms on the upper level, and a guest bedroom in the basement. On a street corner in a peaceful area of Châteauguay, right next to Alfred-Dorais Park.
Several renovations have been made over the years, including the kitchen, which was completely renovated (including electricity and insulation) in 2019/2020.
Vynal, composite core floor installed in the living room, dining room, and kitchen in 2018.
Small wood stove in the basement for winter evenings. Two large vents opening into the living room allow the heat to easily rise to the main floor.
The bathrooms and the basement were completely renovated in 2011.
The courtyard is perfect, with its treated wooden patio, its magnificent Linden tree, a small vegetable patch, and the shed bought new in 2019. Included in the price of the house, the gazebo, the play module, and the wooden swing. The yard is completely fenced, and from the patio, there is a magnificent view of the park.
