EDEN ROCK
For your family in the most beautiful area of Knowlton, overlooking Lac Brome, I offer you this luxurious architectural HOUSE and ITS LOFT GARDENER for your guests.
It is through the massive portal that I introduce you to EDEN ROCK. Under large mature trees in an indigenous garden of petacite japonica and soumak. You park as in large hotels, sheltered by a carriage door marked with 4 strong Tuscan columns.
A large entrance hall with a niche for a beautiful wardrobe, you have access to the most traditional and bright kitchen. Its breakfast corner is intimate and gives you the impression of being outside. You can also go to the living room which opens with 3 French doors onto a belvedere and its central fire pit.
A practical master bedroom for a grandmother with its suite also overlooks the terrace with the swimming pool of clear water and its beach.
The first floor offers 2 large bedrooms and its full bathroom. A small staircase gives access to a small fun room in the attic.
On the other side of the carriage door in loggia the garage and a small staircase leads you to the small LOFT OF THE GARDENER. A mezzanine nests the sleeping spaces and where you can see by tilting a ladder the access to a great observation turret to sit and have a drink admiring the setting sun on the lake.
Note that the house is made with noble materials, the play of finely studied stones gives the character to the house which is inspired by the rich Tudor lakeside villas. These gables, carved with cedar shingles, sometimes vague, sometimes fan, give life to round windows and surfaces like paintings. Ravens, Tuscan columns, specially designed light fixtures and especially its cedar shingle roof make this property unique.
The basin gives the presence that one expects from a seaside house. A small boat is kindly moored there at the improvised dock.
It is for people who like it, you can be, it requires very few interviews giving you time to admire it.
