A charming and cozy bungalow located on one of the premium lots on Chemin du Lac St-Louis which is not directly on the water.
Originally built around 1940, completely rebuilt in 1982:

This house has 4 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom. The living room and dining room are also spacious. The kitchen is well-appointed and functional. The upstairs bedrooms all have large closets. The attic adds to the storage space. The laundry facilities are located off of the bathroom. Most of the basement is a crawl space with a 12' x 12' concrete service basement.
Come and try the quality of life we have in Léry. With the access to the lake across the street; summer (boating, swimming and the islands, kayaking, canoeing, ), winter (skating, walking on the lake to the islands, ice sailing, para skiing, ice fishing, snowmobile) and hunting is right at your door.
