St-Hubert/Brossard/Grande-Allée.  House with over 1,300 square feet of living space with a large appartment.  The house is located minutes from all highways 30, 10, 116,  Champlain Bridge, Chevrier bus terminal, Dix/30, Promenade St-Bruno. 

The house is at minutes walk from a bus stop on Grande-Allée that goes to Cherrier Terminal and directly to Montreal.  It is close to all amenities, 2 day cares, medical centre and hospital and also very close to the new Carrefour Brossard (Maxi, Familiprix, Tim Hortons, Shell, Esso, Subway, Dollarama etc...)
