Beautiful condo in a quiet street: only two blocks of 5 condos each. Our condo has two terraces (front and back), large back lot with 8 foot cedar hedge and vegetable garden. A few steps from the Parc de la Cité, public transportation with direct access to downtown or the Longueuil metro, two minutes from Highway 30. Primary and secondary school. Near Galeries Saint-Bruno and Costco, Library, Pharmacy, etc. Freshly renovated bathroom and kitchen (over $14,000 in renovations). The living room window has been changed. Wood fireplace certified to comply with regulations. Beautiful hardwood floors in the living room, hallway and bedrooms. Roof 2017. A building management plan for maintenance has been drawn up.
