Magnificent move in ready house situated on the corner of the street in the sought after neighbourhood of Parc de la Cite. It is a unique property due to its location having the advantage of an unobstructed view on the street from the back of the house (practically no neighbour blocking the view).
This house is perfectly located for those who enjoy spending time outside. Its location next to Parc de la Cite is excellent offering the possibility of a range of activities regardless of the season (skating, sliding, cross-country skiing during winter and hydro-bike, play area for children, water games, etc, during summer).
