Superb cottage-type townhouse (corner unit), very well maintained, 2011 construction with 10" poured concrete party wall in the basement and 6" on the upper floors, well soundproofed, sole owner, in a beautiful sought after area. The house is not a co-ownership property so there are no condo fees. Occupancy mid-June 2021 (to be discussed).
