This unit has $15,000 in extra options including an island-style counter with cupboards on the front that can easily be converted into a lunch counter if you prefer. Additional cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. There is a custom made glass hutch on the wall of the dining room for your glasses and trinkets. There are high-quality custom horizontal blinds in each window.
There are many cabinets and a counter (removable) in the laundry room which also serves as storage. Very large wardrobe at the entrance and in all the bedrooms. The wardrobe in room 3 is 36 inches deep and can also be used as storage. There are two layers of shelves in all wardrobes to use the full height of the ceilings. All the storage space has been maximized. Room 3 has double doors and can also serve as a separate dining room.
