Very well located. Close to all the amenities of Chemin Chambly. Close to Édouard-Montpetit college, Jacques-Rousseau high school and Pierre-Dupuy trade school, all of the ROland-Therrien supermarkets, the courthouse, the veterinary clinic, the Sévelin butcher's shop , the CLSC Simone-Monet-Chartrand, the Pierre-Boucher hospital, the community center etc.

Each tenant is responsible for their electricity and heating.

Currently 135 and 137 are leased. Owner occupying at 139.

Rent for 135: $ 700 / month

Rent for 137: $ 770 / month

The front and rear balconies are fiberglass with aluminum railing. The rear storage spaces are covered with vinyl. This work is done recently. Garden corner.
