WHO IS FEELING LUCKY. Very nice bungalow that had only one owner. Very well maintained and in a peaceful coin with very good neighbors. Offering 3 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a large family room and for the handyman: 2 beautiful workshops in the basement that can be changed to rooms or other at the buyer's choice. The backyard is very well laid out with a 12 'X 16' deck and a pergola whit grape vines, a corner to relax near an outdoor fireplace and a very large 12 'X 18' shed. It's a "MUST SEE"

As for furniture inside and outside the house "furniture or items", almost everything is negotiable.
