Superb renovated house close to all essential services, near several educational institutions, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, several parks and walking trails and near Highway 20. Very peaceful neighborhood, ideal for a small family. Very large land over 9,000 ft² bordered by large hedges and several mature maples.
