Owners’ comments
Elegant and very clean condo, located in the Gare sector in Mont Saint-Hilaire with mountain views. Close to transport, highways, hiking and cycling trails. Primary school, daycare, bakery are nearby as well as parks including that of the coulée allows us to slide in winter. Peaceful environment accompanied by magnificent sunsets all year round. Also a few minutes by car from the Pavillon de la Pomme.
This unit includes a complete installation already ready to receive your central vacuum.
The ceiling light in the bedroom and the chandelier suspended above the table are excluded from the sale, but will be replaced by the original ones.
