In the basement, we find a 4 1/2 rental apartment or bi generation.

It contains a living room with brick wall and wood fireplace; a cold room and plenty of storage space. In addition, there are several triple windows of ?floor? size to ensure maximum brightness with 8-foot ceilings. Note that there are two bedrooms with partitions and doors.

The house is located on a quiet street; 5 minutes from the CLSC and various shops; 10 minutes from Highway 10 and 5 minutes from Route 133 and Highway 112.
