Apartment building very well located.Quiet sector at walking distance of most services. Supermarkets , Bank, restaurants
drugstore, Tim Horton. Near to autoroute 10 at 5 min. or 3.5 Kilometres also near bus parking at 10 minutes or 6 kilometers.
All of the 3 kitchens have been renovated as new. Cabinets, Piping , ceramic.
Acrylic bathtub in all of the 3 apartments.
The french drain has been change and a protective membrane has been put on the fondation
