Located in a peaceful area with little traffic and no neighbors in the back, this house has all the charm of the countryside with all the amenities of the city. With a courtyard surrounded by a cedar hedge, a large 17 x 12 patio, and a spa, it is easy to enjoy it in complete privacy. In addition, there is an 8x12 shed and space to make a garden. The courtyard is sunny from early afternoon to sunset, perfect for enjoying your land to the fullest. Finally, the landscaping of perennials in front and on the side of the house was redone a few years ago in order to beautify the land.

Nearby, there is a convenience store, daycare, school, grocery store, pharmacy and more. The house is located a few minutes from the boulevard and the Monseigneur-Langlois bridge. Several renovations were made, including the roof, changing some windows, the bathroom, and the floors upstairs. The basement is completely finished and it is very easy to create a 3rd bedroom.
