Far from the road , dead end, acces to the river, in the wild but 10 min from exit 78 and (10 min from granby/bromont) and ( 45 from mtl/sherbrke) 

2 km from the new lab school, near cycle path, little park,  far from electric lines

Cathedral ceiling main rooms éco-flo 2016 hard wood floor basement isolated and finished, nice balcony in the back with quiet views, birds, frogs and dears always welcome around.
