Perfect for a small family that likes to be warm in winter, the house at 1 168 Rue du Moulin-Payet, built in 2010, is bright, spacious and functional. Thanks to its energy-efficient construction and its "in a row" style, it requires little outdoor maintenance. Here are the main features of the blue house:
*It should be noted that, from May to September, the backyard (located in a south/western direction) offers a magnificent view of the agricultural fields (no neighbours in the back), which allows you to contemplate the sunset daily.
**Advice to foodies: Very good wine at the Mouton Noir vineyard. Still less than 5 minutes away by car, you will have the opportunity to pick strawberries and buy fruits/vegetables at the Serso farm, to buy various red meats at the Phaneuf farm and absolutely divine poultry at Produits d'Antoine (especially guinea fowl, chicken). You can also pick up your organic baskets from François (Jardin des Trembles), a family farmer. These artisans of the land are kind and caring that we will miss.
*** No condominium fees.
