located in a quiet and clean area. Almost all urban services such as grocery store, veterinarian, hardware store etc are accessible in less than 5 min. by car and the Cartier Des Promenades St-Bruno 20 is at 20 minutes. Access to a huge lot is offered from the two fiberglass balconies. This is a house with a triple heating system: wood fireplace, heat pump and electricity.
