A charming bungalow ideal for a first-time buyer or a young family, with lots of natural lighting, a fenced-in backyard with no neighbors on one side (bike path), located in a great neighborhood. The house is situated within a 15 min walking distance of many amenities; exo train (13 min), bus (8 min), several parks (5 min), daycare, schools, library, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, stores, dental and medical clinic.
During the cold winter days, you can stay warm and toasty while gazing at a crackling fire in front of the woodstove (ceramic wood panels and base 2017) and on a hot summer's day keep cool in the above ground pool, followed by a savory meal on the recently tiled (2019) side patio overlooking the sunset towards Mont St. Bruno.
