Environment
Very peaceful area, close to all services, bike path at the back, two nearby parks with play modules for children, basketball hoops and a slope for sliding in winter. Five (5) minutes from Mont St-Bruno Park and the ski resort, 7 minutes from Promenades St-Bruno, easy access to highways 20 and 30 and route 116. Very good neighbors. We own this house since 1998 (22 years).

Magnificent fenced backyard surrounded by mature cedars, large garden, large shed (15X13), pergola, mature trees, multiple raspberries plants, patio with cobblestone floor 14 feet in circumference, rear gallery in treated wood (12 x 13), in-ground swimming pool 18 x 36, canvas changed in 2016 with new concrete floor, full-width staircase, new pump in 2018. Large flower beds with flowers, perennials, Japanese lilacs, and grasses.

The basement and laundry room also redone. Oil tank changed in 2010, the roof was redone in 2013, heat pump changed in 2010.
