Do you need space for a growing family or you have frequent visitors?

This spacious home with 5 bedrooms on the same floor and one bedroom in the basement is exactly what you need. The separate master bedroom (over the garage) with dedicated bathroom, heated flooring, spa bath, bidet and a walk-in closet and a boudoir. Patio door in the master bedroom with view on the fields and the sunsets.

In between the kitchen and living room there is a three sided fireplace to create a warm ambiance. The kitchen was renovated in 2015 with quartz counters, heated flooring, plumbing to refrigerator for water, double sink with food grinder.

The basement is finished and offers a large family room, a bedroom and a small bathroom with a shower.

The spa is accessible through a big 10 x 12 cement patio + 2nd level treated wood patio (8 x 14). A small water garden is located at the edge of the property. Spacious shed for keeping gardening tools. Wide garage with  1 1/2 parking space, lots of shelving and a large space under the garage for storing.
