Owners’ comments
Superb Turnkey Bi-generation for which the accommodation is entirely on the ground floor. Located in a very sought after area, because close to several services, within walking distance. Very well soundproofed thanks to the brick walls and stones.
Large backyard fully landscaped lined with very large cedar hedges, offering a lot of privacy. 1 large wooden patio attached to the pool above ground and 1 other concrete patio attached to the housing. Spacious cabana, garden, and large play area.
Outdoor parking with a capacity of 7 cars.
The Bi-generation is regulatory, an independent entrance located at the back of the house, a double interior French door that communicates with the common room, that is to say, the bathroom including washer-dryer.
