Beautiful large house with corner lot located in the Saint-Luc district on a small quiet street with several young families.
Property Features:
The roof was redone in 2018.
There used to be a swimming pool, but it has been removed.
Everything is already in place to install a new one: the pipes for the solar water heater, the underground piping and the power supply are still in place.
The interior is very large with cathedral ceilings on the main floor, large bedrooms and plenty of windows for a well-lit home. The house has had only one non-smoking owner.
