SECTOR SAINT-LUC (junction for the A35 and the 104 to reach A30) Superb open concept bungalow with lots of brightness. Cathedral ceiling. Peaceful area with good neighbourhood. Large plot for lots of possibilities. It is one of the largest land in the area. House in a small street where few vehicles circulate. House bought in 2015. House available quickly.
