Very charming and welcoming cottage located opposite the Centre des loisirs de Saint-Lambert (indoor pool, arena, classrooms, day camps), a playground and a tennis club, close to a golf course and a dog park. The heart of Saint-Lambert, shops, restaurants and commuter train are just a 5-minute walk. Expansion in 2004 added a den / office with 11 windows overlooking the courtyard, and a large room in the basement. Completely renovated kitchen (2011) and bathroom (2014). Living room with fireplace, dining room and open kitchen, beautiful lighting. Roof redone in 2010. Dual energy heating (electricity and oil) with hot water system. Convectair units in the boudoir and in the basement. Centrally-monitored alarm system and a central vacuum. Intimate courtyard with a patio, mature trees, vegetable garden, compost bin and rain barrels. Parking for two cars.
