Owners’ comments
Family house on a corner with a hedge in the front and along the side next to the street in a quiet area of the village.
Many services are available: grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy, shoemaker, a primary school with daycare, and a kindergarden across the street.
On the land, there is a shed. A lot of gardening has been made with numerous evergreen and trees and perennials. There is also a stove.
The house is equipped with a well with an electric pump for the plants watering. The house drinking water is a municipal service with a water counter.
Inside the house you have:
New insulated 3 outside doors including the patio sliding doors (2010).
New basement windows from 2012.
New kitchen (with a lot of storage) in 2015 and new bathroom (2008) woodwork (with again a lot of storage space), heated floor and new bath/shower.
Woodstove in the basement, shower, and a large closet.
Heat pump that can handle the house heating down to -10°C and of course air conditioning in the summer.
