Spacious 4 1/2 condo (1,120 sq ft) with open concept living in a developing neighborhood, Saint-Philippe/Candiac.
Built in 2012 and still covered under the Qualité Habitation guarantee.
Includes 2 parking spaces and a private 11'x6' exterior storage shed.
The modern kitchen has lots of storage with a walk-in pantry and central island with double sink. Many extras were added at the time of purchase, such as polyester cupboards up to the ceiling, a ceramic and stainless steel backsplash, spotlights and an elevated breakfast bar on the island. Possibility to include appliances.
The bathroom has a separate ceramic shower with a rainfall shower head. Spotlights were also added above the independent bathtub.
Very large master bedroom with huge walk in closet. Shelving around the entire closet provides an ample amount of storage space.
