Superb property located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city of Ste-Catherine. The street is in a U shape (almost local traffic only). Beautiful and large sunny property (the sun is in the backyard all day long).
This wonderful house offers you three bedrooms located on the same floor, a bathroom, and an open concept between the kitchens, the dining room, and the living room. Plenty of storage place.
