Superior cottage, located next to a pedestrian walkway, and near the Tourne-Vent primary school, high school, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics and the indoor swimming pool (less than 2 minutes by car). One owner.
On the ground floor, the living room has by French doors and is intimate and well lit. The kitchen, with its closed pantry and its very large storage capacity, is spacious and pleasant.
In the basement, the home theater room is completely soundproofed, creating an intimate and warm atmosphere. The bathroom is of very high quality and the washer and dryer are located there. The 5th bedroom located there is ideal for hosting friends.
Upstairs, the secondary bedrooms are of very good size.
In the backyard there is a spacious deck which allows to communicate from the house to the swimming pool. In addition, on the ground level, the huge patio can become an area to relax.
