Owners’ comments
This wonderful turnkey is located in a roundabout, close to all services. The area is quiet, young, familial and very safe. The living room has a hardwood floor, large bay window, moldings and propane gas fireplace very well maintained, separated from the dining room by french doors. The kitchen, as well as the bathroom uptairs, are enhanced by beautiful granite countertops. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a walk-in, and a spacious bathroom. There is also a possibility of finishing a 3rd bedroom in the basement. In addition, the terrace is very large. The hot water tank was replaced in January 2018, and the above-ground pool liner was replaced in the spring of 2017. Propane tank (for gas fireplace and barbecue) is rented. The roof is original, as are the air conditioner, the air exchanger, the central vacuum and the fireplace. ALL INCLUSIVES ARE OFFERED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF QUALITY.
