A rustic little house, situated on a 50 acres wood lot, covered by trails and diversified fauna. An ideal place for all your projects. Horses, animals, hunting, golf, snowshoeing, gardening, wild mushrooms picking, etc... 

A house, sitting at the end of a private driveway, bordered by mature pines.  Cozy and in good condition, with large abundant windows to admire the peaceful environment and lovely view of a private pond. The basement can easily be modified to your liking. This well-insulated house can be heated with your choice of, pellet stove, electric baseboards or heat pump. Of course, this pump can be used to cool the house in the summer. Surrounded by mature trees and far from any neighbors, tranquility is guaranteed. Cable service is available.
