Beautiful turnkey condo, spacious and open concept; perfect for first purchase, single person, young couple or retirees.
Large master bedroom, large bathroom, lots of storage (a full room, large wardrobes, lots of cabinets, private and locked shed).
Beautiful kitchen (cabinets to the ceiling, ceramic backsplash, new lighting, island with breakfast counter), redone floors, large windows for a half basement, wall air conditioner and air exchanger, central vacuum.
Independent entrance and patio door leading to the terrace and with direct access to the parking (2 private paved parking spaces + a visitor area available). Common garbage containers at the rear of the parking lot.
Very quiet block; protected wooded area at the back of the yard (no neighbors) and condo very well soundproofed. Very peaceful family neighborhood, near several accommodations and green areas, in a beautiful municipality.
