Welcome to Cartierville IV, unit 405. Beautiful bright condo with an excellent location only 8 minutes walk from the future Bois-Franc REM station and close to all services. Very well maintained two bedroom corner unit by the sole owner.

Hardwood floors, a large cloakroom at the entrance, and a very large wardrobe in the master bedroom. Good-sized fiberglass exterior balcony and high-end Electrolux central vacuum.

Up-to-date decoration carried out by a professional

One outdoor parking space. Grocery store, YMCA gymnasium, bus, REM, Highway 15, schools, and parks.
