Owners’ comments
Very large condominium of almost 1200 square feet ( not including the balcony, the lockers or the interior parking space) Sunhine from the early morning to sunset, very private, no immediate neighbors, only mature trees and sunshine so you can enjoy your large balcony to its full potential and keep your privacy.
the kitchen is large and functionnal and there is a lot of light ( large windows south oriented in each rooms). 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 23000btu heat-pump, waste chute, elevator and exterior parking spaces for your guests.

- it's possible to buy a second interior heated parking space and large locker in front of it. (not included).
Condo fees have been temporarely adjusted for a few years so we put aside the necessary money in our reserve account to comply in advance to the new legislation. Our administrators are very competent.
There is another private locker in the basement floor. The common spaces are vey well maintained and the co-owned Syndicate is concerned about the well-being of the owners. Immeditate neighbour to the Claude-Robillard sports center; it's a unique location in Montreal, countryside in town, a few minutes walk to the Cremazie subway station.
