Very beautiful house, completely renovated with a lot of love!!! Cottage with garage. Right in the heart of the city, in a peaceful district. Very accessible by highways, big arteries and in 8 minutes of walking to the train. Completely renovated tastefully of day (kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, rooms, windows, basement, garage, etc.). Big backyard with beautiful patio in cedar. Car park for a vehicle. Immediate occupation! The electricity and the plumbing were also redone as well as all the doors and the windows. Roof redone in December, 2014. Very high quality of the renovations (floors ceramic heating, counters of quartz, big ceramic showers)! This residence offers style and luminosity that you will appreciate!
