Nice cottage in Ahuntsic neighbourhood, located in the north of Montreal island, at a few steps from Fleury Street.
The property has a total living area of 1,788 ft2 with a completely finished basement. The ground floor is an open contemporary style area. All floor coverings are hardwood.
There are a lot of storage spaces in the many drawers as well as in the kitchen cabinets, all equipped with dampers and dividers. A kitchen island also allows a lot of storage and conviviality by its bar-style design. Appliances in the kitchen are included: Bertazzoni gas stove, Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and Samsung dishwasher are clean and functional. All the bulbs installed in the house are LED, for the sake of energy consumption.
