PURCHASE OFFER ACCEPTED ! Large Triplex in the super neighborhood of Ahuntsic, close to everything: highways 15 and 40, Promenades Fleury, Marché Central, grocery stores, schools, parks, buses and Sauvé Metro station. Inside, the house hasn't been renovated since 1975, therefore deserves a serious update to find its former glory. Outside, 8 and 9 years ago respectively, the front concrete porch and aluminum railing was completely redone, as well as the roof and upper South side bricks.
