2001 construction, located in a quiet roundabout. House vers bright with many windows. Near Highways 25 and 40, public transportation (bus lines 26, 85 and 141 - Honoré-Beaugrand subway), a bicycle path, parks, daycares and a primary school.
Ground floor: Spacious living room with French doors. Kitchen with cabinets up to the ceiling, ceramic backsplash, double sink and lots of storage. Intimate dining room. Kitchenette surrounded by windows. Good size bathroom. O'gee across the ground floor except in the bathroom.
