Owners’ comments
LOCATED SUD OF THE 20, freshly renovated (2015) cottage leased until June 30th 2021 (renewable). New windows, doors and garage door (2015). All wooden floors have been redone in oak. New kitchen with quartz counters (2015), central air furnace with an conditioning unit installed in 2014. One office space, or den, or fifth bedroom on the first floor.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 master bedroom in suite bathroom. The basement divisions have been completed with electricity and plastering, flooring remains to be done to completely finish it . Roof redone in October 2017. Repainted in black, new deck of 17'x18' (2017)in back yard.
French drain, water and sewer pipes and connections are new (November 2017). Lawn and a double driveway (20'x40') will be completed by September 2018
The house is located 5 minuted drive from highway 20, at 75 meters from a park for kids and adults that has 2 tennis ground and an ice skating ring in the winter.
Also great for schools, the children could walk (10 min) to St Edmund Elementary School or to the Beaconsfield High School (5min).
