Montreal - bright semi-detached bungalow on a quiet street near schools, shopping, public transit, and parks. Great morning and afternoon light. Five bedrooms (2 in the basement) as well as a large family room/playroom in the basement (partially renovated in 2020).
Spacious backyard, cottage garden and fruit-bearing trees (mulberry), raspberries, and herbs.
