Great location 5240-5242 Westbury first time on the market in over 40 years, excellent opportunity, close to all amenities in Snowdon area, 2-minute walk to Snowdon metro, bus services, grocery store, pharmacies, banks, hospitals, restaurants, easy acces to highways 15, 20 and 40. Nice property with front and back yards. Entrances front and back. All windows and exterior doors were replaced in 2012. French drains with elastomeric membrane installed around the house with a sump pit done in 2018, with a 10-year transferrable guarantee. From the main floor to the municipal water connection wastewater pipes have been replaced with backflow valves (2) in 2019. The unfinished basement has a new floor slab poured in 2020 and 1 out of 2 garage floors have also been done at the same time. Copper pipes in the house throughout, upstairs (5242) kitchen, and bathroom have been updated.
