CONDO DIVIDED GROUND FLOOR
Nice Victorian house with lots of charm. Ground floor of a 1915 triplex with private garden. Quiet street with century old trees. Easy parking. Near cycling roads. Near CUSM hospital. Very nice neighborhood, family-oriented.
Renovated kitchen, eco-energetic heating gas system (2011) , thermos windows (2011), 2 thermos doors (2013). Included: frontal washer/dryer (2012), JennAir cooktop and electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher (2014), all the luminaries, gardening tools, BBQ.
NO CONDO FEES. We split in 3 the cost of repairs and renovations.
Near all services and 5 minutes to Monkland Village. Dream part owners.
