Bright lower duplex (ground-floor and basement )on the corner of a street, giving you a unique piece of land in Montreal, with a new cedar terrace, where you will be able to enjoy dinner with family and friends. Two matures trees and two garden beds to grow your own vegetables.

Two floors (ground-floor and basement), with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (very bright, large, with its own bathroom). The basement is in fact a sunny HALF-basement, that can be a splendid bacchelor for your teen!

A lot of care was put in our condo in the last years : plumber, fundation (part of it), new floor covering in the garage, new bathroom, 5 new closets (Garde-robe Gagnon, life warranty), etc.

Very quiet neighborhood, with two parks around (with a baseball and soccer fields just at the end of the street), a grocery store and pharmacy at the other end of the street, near from the 51 bus, near schools (Royal-Vale elementary school), etc

List of the renovation done :

  • Windows : some will be replaced in May 2017!
  • Bathroom : completely restored in 2011
  • Plumbing : 2012 : lining underground pipes with Formadrain's technology
  • Laundry room : restored with new floor, new sink and counter, etc : 2013
