Great condo unit of 1042 square-feet, corner unit, well lighted in three directions, very quiet and located on the 3rd floor of an undivided co-ownership.
The building of 30 co-ownership benefited of a major renovation in 2008 and the condo is in an impeccable state. Spacious kitchen allows to reach, by a door patio, a very quiet balcony with a great view on a community garden, with park areas; rare in Montréal!
The distribution of rooms in the condo is very well studied and allows a beautiful quality of life. Indeed, the lounge and the dining room are close to the kitchen while 3 bedrooms are situated at the end of the corridor. Everyone can have it's space an tranquility. Appreciated is the duet room of bath / shower-room for a larger family...
