Splendid garden level at the borders of the Côtes-des-Neiges and Outremont districts, just a few minutes from downtown. Located near all services and close to the HEC and the Ecole Polytechnique, this magnificent unit is very well served by public transport (bus and metro).
This condo divides (rare in the area) is very bright and functional. The kitchen with bistro table is trendy and offers plenty of storage. The dishwasher and gas stove are included, as are all blinds and fixtures. The living room is open plan and has a large window. The bedroom is spacious and offers a large wardrobe.
