Owners’ comments
Comfortably seated in one of the prettiest streets in NDG, close to many amenities, this superb classic house is one of the few houses detached that has retained all of its original character. Outside, thanks to its warm brick coating, its landscaping and its beautiful fenestration completely renovated (between 2002 and 2012). Inside, thanks to its magnificent woodwork in oak (staircase in the hall, French doors, floors, recessed China cabinets and 2 book-shelves with glass doors in the living room). The kitchen and its adjacent eating area invite to cook and the 4 seasons with heated floor solarium which opens onto the large rear garden invites to take breakfast in the sun. It's almost the countryside in downtown Montreal! Also, the private side door opening on all renovated 4 cars alley could offer a possibility to have an apartment in the basement.
