Stunning corner condo, on the 18th floor of the building (no neighbors above), with large floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. Breathtaking view, south facing, with sun from morning to evening.   

The modern unit offers an open concept plan, with a generous and pleasant living space, bathed in light. The fully equipped kitchen features a natural black granite countertop, including a large island with a built-in sink and luxurious commercial-style faucets. The white thermoplastic cabinets hide the built-in refrigerator, as well as the dishwasher, giving an ultra-modern look.  

The master bedroom offers a well-insulated sleeping area, but still modern and pleasant thanks to its large window (one side of which can be opened), including a motorized solar shade to soften the light in the evening. This bedroom also has a glass window in the corner towards the living room, which increases the effect of space and modernity. Finally, a walk-in closet with sliding doors allows you to store your belongings, and even directly access the bathroom without going through the open area.
